1st Line -the safe and healthy alternative to antibiotics

1st Line is a new way to fight infections in our increasingly antibiotic – resistant world. It is a specially developed supplement that boosts the body’s natural defences through molecules known as thiocyanates ions. 1st Line is a unique alternative to taking an antibiotic for infections, because it destroys all types of infections, including viruses, without any harmful side effects.

Product Description

Thiocyanates are naturally produced in the body, and help to fight against unwanted bacteria, viruses, yeasts and fungi -none of which are responsive to antibiotics. Unlike taking an antibiotic for infections, thiocyanates do not attack normal healthy bacteria, and therefore, do not leave the body in a weakened state of immunity for several weeks.

The 1st Line kit has been developed as a safe and healthy alternative to an antibiotic treatment. It consists of a four part enzymatic kit that provides 25mg of thiocyanates ions in half a litre of water. 1st Line can be used to treat all number of infections, including some of the most common, such as listeria, salmonella, streptococcus, herpes, and candida. It is also an effective staph infection treatment.

Whether you are looking for a way of boosting your body’s natural immunity, seeking a staph infection treatment, or would like a natural alternative to an antibiotic treatment, the 1st Line kit provides a unique way of reducing the everyday threat of infection.

Why is 1st Line better than taking antibiotics?

For all too many of us, the natural response when we are unwell is to reach for the antibiotics. This over-use has resulted in the emergence of bacterial strains that are resistant to antibiotics. Such is the scale of the problem, it now appears that a large number of antibiotics have developed their own ‘use by’ dates, after which they are effectively worthless.

1st Line is a new and unique way of fighting infection, using a naturally occurring molecule called hypothiocyanite -sometimes referred to as thiocyanates. Thiocyanates are manufactured in human saliva, tears, milk and airways. They are the body’s first line of defence, boosting the immune system and destroying all types of infection.

For many people, antibiotics can have unpleasant side effects, such as intestinal problems or yeast infections. This is because antibiotics not only attack ‘unfriendly’ bacteria but also healthy cells, such as those found in the flora of the intestines. Thiocyanates, on the other hand, are only active against unwanted invaders -bacteria, viruses, yeasts and fungi -without harming healthy cells or weakening the body’s immune system. They are, therefore, considered completely safe and unproblematic to use.

Why is 1st Line such a remarkable breakthrough?

The benefits of thiocyanates have long been recognised, but their disadvantage is they are inherently unstable and short-lived. In the past, any solution containing thiocyanates needed to be made up and consumed immediately to have any effect, which made them impractical as a supplement.

That is until British chemist, Richard Stead, patented the 1st Line kit, which allowed the thiocyanate solution to be stable at room temperature for 12 months. The 1st Line kit simply requires four ingredients to be mixed into water, and drunk within two hours of preparation. It is virtually tasteless and is simplicity itself to prepare.

How to make up your first line product.

The 1st Line kit is effective against a broad range of infections, many of which are not responsive to antibiotics. These include:

  • Campylobacter jejuni -one of the most common causes of human gastroenteritis worldwide;
  • Haemophilus influenzae -responsible for a wide range of diseases, including pneumonia, acute bacterial meningitis, cellulitis and osteomyelitis;
  • Candida albicans -which causes yeast infections such as thrush;
  • Herpes simplex virus;
  • Listeria monocytogenes -which causes listeriosis, a potentially fatal food poisoning;
  • Salmonella;
  • Streptococcus mutans -a bacterium which contributes to tooth decay.

How should I take 1st Line?

1st Line comes in a kit form, with easy-to-follow instructions for mixing with water. The recommended dose is 25mg per day.

Taken regularly, 1st Line can significantly boost the immune system, and provide a safe and healthy way of fighting infections.

1. Dosing Proposals
a. For mild and recent infections: A single dose repeated on the following day if necessary.
b. For persistent and present infections: Two (BID) doses on day 1 and again the 2nd day; ideally taken at the start and the end of the day.
c. Heavy and persistent (chronic): Up to four (QID) doses on day 1, followed by two (BID) doses each on days 2 and 3.

2. Peformance
1st Line does not operate in the usual antibiotic manner. A single thiocyanate molecule can destroy a single bacterium but several molecules are required to eliminate viruses or fungi. The dosing intention with 1st Line is to bring down the pathogenic contamination to a level at which the immune system can take over the elimination process. Additional doses of 1st Line may be indicated if symptoms persist, or should secondary infections emerge.

3. Infections linked with chronic conditions
There are numerous chronic conditions where infections may be implicated, such as Cystic Fibrosis, Multiple Sclerosis and Autism etc. After initial dosing brings the infection(s) under control, regular maintenance doses of 1st Line is recommended. These could be weekly or monthly doses, as determined by the symptomology.

4. Foods
For 1-3 hours before and 1-2 hours after dosing, try to avoid ingestion of food, drinks, supplements and herbs. This is because iron and / or vitamin C and other nutrients can destroy the efficacy of the thiocyanate molecules.

Frequently Asked Questions About 1st Line

Disclaimer: Please note that only your own physician can determine your precise needs, but in order to give you some information these answers are based upon the ‘average person’ and clinical / published results.

Can a small portion of 1st Line be used topically for genital herpetic lesions? What is the pH of the product after mixing?

We have no direct experience of topical treatment for herpes, however it should be safe and if the lesion is ‘open’ there should be a beneficial effect. A cotton pad can be used- soaked in the 1st Line solution; apply it to the lesion then wrap gently with something like shrink-wrap to hold in place and to retain the liquid. Then take the remainder orally for a two-sided approach. The pH will be between 7 to 8 and depending upon the pH of the original water used.

I have seen some papers that have suggested that OSCN can have some effect on the thyroid- does 1st Line affect thyroid production?

There is no evidence to suggest that the 25 mg of OSCNs delivered in each 1st Line kit can affect the thyroid, even if delivered continuously each day. The articles that refer to these effects have dosed at levels many times this. However, if one is concerned and using 1st Line on a very regular basis, then a few drops of iodine taken concurrently should suffice.

I have a persistent and recurrent urinary tract infection. I see an acupuncturist and have had some relief from herbs, but nothing seems to eliminate it. I react badly to antibiotics and want to avoid a repeat of them if possible.

There is no published data regarding 1st Line and urinary infections; we are still waiting for a 200 patient trial to be released. However, Richard Stead, the inventor of 1st Line tells me that it is good for most soft tissue infections.

The difficulty lies in the lack of information regarding dosing, for sure some infections require a repeat dose of 1st Line on the following days and then some require it again etc. We know how it works – each ion takes up its place on the pathogens (or viruses) receptor, but it takes complete coverage for elimination, therefore how many pathogens / viruses are there? Being armed with an idea may give a more accurate 1st Line dosing therapy, right now it’s educated guesswork unfortunately.

Of course, the two huge advantages of 1st Line (other than the evidence that it can destroy viruses as well as pathogens) are the facts that (1) it does not destroy intestinal flora, (a huge problem for all antibiotics which is why one is weaker after a course of them) and (2) pathogens will not become resistant to it (after all it contains bioidentical thiocyanate ions, which have presumably been around since we have).

If the antibiotic route is preferred, a good and relatively recent soft tissue drug would be roxithromycin, (also known as Rulid).

Of course cranberries and cranberry juice is also noted in the literature as being of benefit.

1st Line – a powerful alternative to antibiotics

Our increasing use of antibiotics has resulted in the evolution of tougher infections. This means that certain strains of bacteria and viruses are becoming increasingly resistant to traditional antibiotics.

The way antibiotics work means the killing of healthy bacteria as well as infected bacteria can leave the body prone to further attack. 1st Line boosts the body’s natural defences with thiocyanates -namely ammonium thiocyanate and potassium thiocyanate. These help our body fight infection and destroy harmful bacteria and viruses –conquering infections without the antibiotics side effects of reduced immunity following treatment.

1st Line has all the benefits of antibiotics without the negatives for each and every one of us – giving all our bodies a helping hand to fight infection today and tomorrow.

1st Line Nature’s first line of defence against infections

1 complete kit

1st Line Description:

1st Line is a specially developed supplement that allows molecules known as thiocynates ions to be produced and swallowed with water as a virtually tasteless drink.

Thiocynates are manufactured naturally in human saliva, tears, milk and airways / gut passages and they rapidly boost the body’s own natural defences to attack and destroy all types of ‘invaders’ helping to reduce the body burdens that we all face from many types of bacteria, yeasts, flukes and viruses etc. Thiocynates literally form the first line of immune defence in the body and thiocynates are known to destroy all types of infections from the gram negative to the gram positive.

Furthermore, thiocynates are also unique compared to antibiotics because they do not harm host tissues or probiotic species.

Unfortunately thiocynates are short lived and there can be a shortage of their availability, particularly when we are under ‘attack.’ In the past it has been very difficult to consume thiocynates ions because of their inherent instability, but that has now changed with the clever chemistry contained inside this 1st Line kit box (patent pending). 1st Line allows thiocynate ions to be produced as required and provided that it is consumed soon after creation can flood the bloodstream with these natural infection fighters.

1st Line Dosage/ Use:

Simply follow the instructions inside this box to mix the four ingredients one at a time into 400 to 450 millilitres of water and consume within 20-minutes of the final completion.

1st Line can be used regularly to boost immunity, such as once a month or once a quarter, (depending upon the need). 1st Line can also be taken as early as possible, (upon recognition of an infection) once a day until the symptoms have passed. Often it only requires 1 or 2 applications of 1st Line to eliminate or significantly reduce most common infection ailments.

Before you start read this notice:

The procedure requires you to handle chemicals (as described below), treat them sensibly and responsibly. Spillages must be cleaned up thoroughly. Children must not be allowed to play with any of the containers, empty or otherwise. Be patient! A few minutes will offer no advantages. The solid mass that collects at the bottom of the jug is harmless, so swallowing some or all will make no difference; it is also completely biodegradable and will not affect waste/ treatment systems. Mixing two or more ingredients at the same time or changing the order of the mix could destroy the efficacy of the kit- follow the instructions carefully. If you feel you need a second dose, wait until the following day before taking a second dose. Some people report feeling more unwell an hour or so following a dose, however this only lasts a short time before improvements are noted. If being taken for stomach upset, we recommend that the dose is followed by a course of non-dairy probiotics from the third day onward.

1st Line Instructions:

    • 1. Into a 1 liter clean glass jug add 500 mL of water.
    • 2. Add the contents of sachet ONE into the water. Stir well to ensure all the powder becomes wet.
    • 3. Add the contents of bottle TWO into the water and stir well.
    • 4. Add the contents of bottle THREE into the water and stir well.
    • 5. Add the contents of bottle FOUR into the water and stir slowly for 3-minutes.
    • 6. Allow the mix to stand for at least 20-minutes. During this time you will see some green/ brown colored material dropping to the bottom of the jug- this is normal.
    • 7. Slowly pour the clear liquid into a glass and drink it, there is no need to drink the green/ brown colored mass at the bottom, although allowing some to be drunk will make no difference.
    • 8. Dispose of the green/ brown mass from the jug into your toilet and also dispose of the bottles and sachet responsibly.
