For athletes, lactic acid is produced by the muscles during exercise, physical excursion and is the ‘painful burn’ that you feel.

Taking 1 or 2 tablets 1 hour before training/physical exertion and also immediately afterwards will enable the athlete/sports person to train/perform harder and longer and also speeding up recovery times. LacticPro^™ should also reduce the risk of muscle cramp.
